Rachel and Marc’s May wedding at The Pearle Hotel & Spa in Burlington was the perfect blend of elegance, softness, and intentional design.
Surrounded by family, friends, and an undeniable sense of love, their vision centered on florals that felt lush, textural, and elevated anchored by a refined palette of white with soft touches of blue.
Set along the shores of Lake Ontario, The Pearle Hotel & Spa provided a naturally romantic backdrop, where modern architecture meets airy, light-filled design. The floral direction was created to enhance not compete with the space.
Design Inspired by the Venue
The Pearle Hotel & Spa is known for its soft, neutral interiors and subtle tones of blue and lavender.
We drew directly from these elements, designing florals that felt cohesive with the environment. The result was a palette and texture story that blended seamlessly into the space soft, layered, and quietly luxurious.
Rather than overpowering the venue, the florals worked in harmony with it.
A Soft, Sculptural Ceremony Design
For Rachel and Marc’s ceremony, we created a collection of floral moments that felt refined and intentional.
A broken floral arch anchored the space, designed with cloud-like white hydrangea and accented with light blue delphinium for a subtle pop of colour. The asymmetry of the arch added a modern, sculptural quality while maintaining a romantic softness.
Front-of-aisle arrangements further framed the ceremony, guiding the eye toward the couple while preserving the open, airy feel of the venue.
An Elevated Reception with Layered Details
The reception design carried the same sense of understated luxury.
Long harvest tables were styled with soft runners, delicate compote arrangements, and curated bud vases, creating a layered tablescape rich in texture and variation. Warm candlelight added depth and intimacy, allowing the space to transition beautifully from day to evening.
The head table became a focal point of the room, framed with repurposed ceremony florals. This approach not only maximized the impact of the designs but also created a cohesive visual story throughout the entire celebration.
